Agape Senior Participated in the Fresenius Patient Appreciation Event in Batesburg - Leesville

Agape Senior will be participating in the Fresenius Patient Appreciation Event at Batesburg - Leesville Clinic: 

 

Agape Senior participated in the Fresenius Patient Appreciation Event held at their Batesburg - Leesville Clinic.  The Patient Appreciation Days were held on December 22nd and 23rd.  We provided the patients with appreciation bags and special goody bags for their special Christmas Bingo Bash for the patients to enjoy.   Agape Senior appreciates all that the Fresenius Staff does for their patients and the patient's families. Wishing them all a Happy and Healthy New Year!

Agape Senior will host the Community Dementia Educational Series at The Shepherd’s Center of St. Andrews during their 2015 Winter Session

 

Agape Senior will present the Community Dementia Educational Series at the Shepherd’s Center of St. Andrews, starting Tuesday, January 13th, 2015 through March 10th, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. They meet at Ashland United Methodist Church, 2600 Ashland Road, Columbia, SC 29210. If you are interested in attending please contact the Shepherd’s Center of St. Andrews at 803-731-9394.

Agape Senior Partnering with Gaston Public Library to present Community Dementia Education at Two Different Dates and Times

 

On Monday, February 2nd, 2015 at 5:45 p.m. and Thursday, February 5th at 2:00 p.m. , Agape Senior presents “Understanding Dementia” at Gaston Public Library located at 214 South Main Street, Gaston, SC. The presentation reviews the signs and symptoms of dementia and looks at how to better care for someone with Alzheimer’s or a like dementia. We will share stories and supply resources to educate and support individuals caring for a loved one with dementia. If you or someone you know is interested in attending or an organization that would like to host this type of event please contact Amy Quenneville at 803-212-5276.

Tri City Dementia Education Series Continues

 

Agape Senior Partners with Tri City Senior Center and continues the community dementia education series. The upcoming dates and topics are listed below:

 

Tuesday, February 10th at 10:00 a.m.

“How to be a Healthy Caregiver”

 

Tuesday, March 10th at 10:00 a.m.

“Children Dealing with Loved Ones with Dementia”
