Saturday was a wonderful morning at Patriots Point in Mt. Pleasant! As a sponsor of the 2013 Alzheimers Walk, Agape Hospice and Senior Care handed out 1200 bottles of water to thirsty participants! The walk, sponsored by and benefitting the Alzheimers Association, took place by the Yorktown Aircraft Carrier and Mt. Pleasant Waterfront Park this past Saturday. Starting at the gorgeous Harbor Hilton Pavilion, the walk was over 2 miles and many walked in honor of a loved one suffering from dementia.
