VA Aid and Attendance Seminar in Lexington, SC
|
VA Aid and Attendance Seminar at Lexington Assisted Living Facility on November 13th, 2014.
What is Aid and Attendance? The Veterans Administration through the Improved Pension Plan offers the Aid and Attendance benefit. This benefit allows for Veterans and surviving spouses requiring regular attendance of another person to assist in eating, bathing, dressing, using the bathroom, or other activities of daily living (ADL) to receive additional financial assistance to help pay for the costs associated with Assisted Living, In-Home Care, and Nursing Home Care.
Are you wondering: Who is Eligible? What are the Qualifications? Are surviving spouses of Veterans Eligible? Do you have to have been wounded in battle? What are the maximum benefit amounts?
To find out the answers to these questions and more please contact Amy Quenneville, Senior Solutions Advisor at 803-212-5276 or call 1-800-411-Agape (1-800-411-2427).
